MOSKAUER BLUTHUND: AN UNCERTAIN FUTURE OF HAPPINESS...
Ten o'clock post meridiem August fifth in the year of our lord two thousand and ten. Kronborg, Hamlet's castle, looms invisible in the distance obscured by the walls of the Helsingør Festival. A tiny bike shed lays water-beaded and cramped full of amplifiers, pedalboards, stringed instruments, and battery-powered toys. The stage is perfectly set for the pink-flooded debut of Moskauer Bluthund.
It was a night of magic and mystery. Minds were altered. Bones were broken. Fuses were blown. Young love was blooming.
For two years, we three depressive individuals sifted through the madness of our mundane lives to create something special, intimate, genuine. This melancholy era of the band -- Lars, Leiner, and Samantha -- shared its collective soul in the purest possible form that night, in the rain, with that modest crowd. We give now this gift to you.
We are Moskauer Bluthund. Thank you and good night.
